Team Care Chiefs Welcomes You!

On behalf of the entire team at Care Chiefs Children's Day Nursery, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you and your family. We are delighted to have the opportunity to provide care and education for your child, and we are committed to ensuring that they have the best possible experience while they are with us.

Our nursery is a vibrant and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn, play, and grow in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Our experienced team of caregivers and educators are dedicated to providing high-quality care and education that meets the needs of each individual child.

At nursery we use the FAMLY App to record your child's learning journey, if you have not yet received your login credentials then please ask a senior member of our team.

You can access the app for PC/laptop here.

You can download for iPhone here.

You can download for Android here.

We understand that choosing a nursery for your child is a significant decision, and we want to assure you that we take our responsibility very seriously. We are committed to providing the highest standards of care and education, and we are always striving to improve our services to meet the changing needs of our families.

The UK government provides schemes aimed at helping parents with the cost of childcare. Under these schemes, eligible parents receive financial support towards the cost of childcare, making it easier for them to balance work and family responsibilities. These schemes include:

  • Tax Free Childcare
  • Only 30% of eligible families use their entitlement to Tax Free Childcare. The scheme pays 20p for every £1 spent on childcare, this is a 20% reduction in childcare fees. You can find more information here, and you can apply online here.

  • Universal Credit
  • Universal Credit pays a monthly allowance of up to 85% of your childcare fees when you use a registered provider. You can find more information here, and you can apply online here.

  • Government Funded Childcare
  • At 3 years old your child will receive 15 hours of childcare that is paid for by the Government, rising to 30 hours for working parents who meet the relevant criteria. Two year olds are also eligible for 15 hours of Government Funded Childcare when meeting relevant criteria. To check what you are entitled to use the Government Calculator here.

We believe that communication is key to a successful partnership with parents, and we encourage you to share your thoughts, questions, and concerns with us at any time. We also provide regular updates on your child's progress and activities, so you can stay informed and involved in their development.
